Makeup is that one thing that completes every look. You might be all dressed up, but you feel naked if you don't have a full beat on. Having your glam on makes you feel and look polished and ready to seize the day. Soft or dramatic makeup boosts up your confidence, and what's better that a woman with confidence, right? On today's post we will go through the best makeup products for this spring that shouldn't be missing your makeup bag. 

no.1 Moisturizer. Starting with the basics, you need to have a smooth canvas to work on and make the products glide on better. Therefore, you need a very well moisturized complexion. The best moisturizer that I've ever tried is Cetaphil's Moisturizing Cream which works for any skin type and works against acne as well. So you get double duty with one product! A little goes a long way with this product because it's consistency is quit thick, so be light handed.

no.2 Primer. For me, primer is quit underestimated. When you have a properly primed skin whatever you put on it will adhere to it and will look a lot better, believe me. I'm new to primer but I can tell you one thing: it works miracles! I've tried a few ones but the one I absolutely love at the moment is Marc Jacobs' Undercover Perfecting Coconut Primer. Apply a little bit on the areas where you have the largest pores and you'll be poreless for the rest of the day!

no.3 Foundation. You can't build a house without the right foundations, right? Same thing goes for makeup as well. With such a large variation of products it's really easy to chose the right one that will suit your skin like a glove. However, you need to do a really good research on that. Depending on your skin type, your needs and the list goes on and on. For spring, I would suggest something more glowy and fresh such as Armani Luminous Silk Foundation or Bourjois Happy Light Foundation or L'oreal True Match Lumi Foundation. As mentioned, you need to do your research on what foundation suits you better.

no.4 Brows. Brows are the frames to your eyes, so make sure they look as close to perfect as possible. Best way to choose a brow product is based on how long lasting it is. Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow Pomade is by far the best brow product you can get your hands on, but you really need to practice on it and use the tiniest bit of product.

no.5 Blush.  As the weather gets warmer and summer gets closer, our blush should get a little more summery and youthful. Pick a coral or peach color to enhance your cheeks this spring! I'm currently loving L'oreal's Le Blush in Peach.

no.6 Highlighter. The top product for this spring is highlighter. Makes your cheekbones look higher and your face looking fresh and glowy! You can choose over powder, cream or liquid highlighters depending on what you prefer the most. My top favorite highlighter is Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector in Moonstone. Very pigmented and long wearing, reflects the light perfectly!

no.7 Lipstick. As much as I love liquid lipsticks and matte lip colors, a little bit of gloss never hurt anyone through spring, right? Since I really despise glosses, I found the perfect lipstick that has the right amount of gloss in it. I'm talking about Maybelline's Color Sensational Sticks in the shades Wooden Brown and Latte Beige. Of course you can choose whatever color you like best, since this line has a wide range of shades.
